The staff were great. Very friendly and respectful and always ready to help. I had issues with the visa card payment with their POS but they were very helpful and patient whilst I got in touch with my bank back home to sort out the issue which was a limit set on all international payments.

I really appreciated the way the hotel communicated re requests we had. We received a complementary bottle of wine to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and were upgraded to a mountain facing room!The full breakfast served was great too with ample to choose from.

Property , location and staff were all great. Internet was sketchy and my iPhone could not receive email. Very frustrating . Breakfast was fine.
